Sandblasting

Sandblasting is a process that utilizes high pressure air mixed with an abrasive such as sand, coal slag, crushed glass, garnet, walnut shells, and other abrasives to remove paint, rust, dirt, and many other types of surface adherents and contaminants. The outcome is a clean surface with an even finish. There are multiple types of surface preparations that may be achieved depending on the specifications of the coating.

We can perform sandblasting on various surfaces including steel, concrete, brick, stone, and wood as well as many others. Some common applications for sandblasting are steel tanks, brick buildings, swimming pools, cooling towers, and pipelines.

Soda Blasting

Soda blasting is a process where high pressure air is mixed with sodium bicarbonate (baking soda) and propelled to the surface to be cleaned. When the sodium bicarbonate comes into contact with the surface, the particles burst releasing energy that gently removes the surface adherent without harming the surface. Soda blasting is biodegradable and spark free and is a safe efficient way to clean a variety of surfaces.

Soda blasting cleans concrete, brick, granite, stone, aluminum, fiberglass, fire and smoke damage, flood damage, and more. Soda blasting removes surface adherents such as paint, graffiti, efflorescence, lime, calcium, mold, oil, and stains.
